Topic Selection

Topics are selected based on their relevance to project management phases, governance structures, and implementation outcomes within Canadian organizational settings. We focus on cases that illustrate recognizable patterns — how scope is defined, how mid-project decisions unfold, how closure is documented.

We do not accept commissioned topics from organizations. We do not cover topics outside our stated cluster: corporate case review and project management analysis.

Nature of Materials

All materials published on Milestone Ledger are editorial and informational in nature. They are written from a documentary and analytical perspective. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsement of any organization, product, or service.

We do not publish materials that promote or advocate for specific outcomes, tools, or vendors. Coverage of a methodology, framework, or governance practice is descriptive — not a recommendation to adopt it.

Authors and Voices

Materials are published under editorial signatures: Editorial Desk, Business Coverage Team, or Corporate Review Desk. These represent the editorial function of the publication, not individual journalists. We do not publish fake author biographies, invented credentials, or misleading authority signals.

Sources and Evidence

When specific data, studies, or external references are cited, they are linked or attributed directly. We do not invent statistics. When precise data is unavailable, we use neutral language to reflect uncertainty rather than projecting figures.

We do not rely on unnamed authoritative sources presented as established fact.
